The strap width in respect to it's use on our website, always refers to the width of the strap at the end that connects to the watch, the spring bar or LUG end of a watch. We reference this end, as this is critical in selecting the correct width strap for your watch.

The width of the strap you select, should always match up with the distance between the LUG's on your watch case (refer image below). You can usually locate the width of your watch LUG's on the manufacturer's or retailer's website from where you purchased your watch. Alternatively, (and probably quicker) simply measure the distance with a ruler (again refer image below).

Introducing our new Herringbone Wool Watch Band with a unique texture that will be sure to draw attention. It boasts the classic herringbone format in brown and off white, a beautifully soft genuine cream calf leather inner lining and is hand stitched to complement your vintage timepiece or classic dress watch. We chose a grey thread for uniformity on our brown and white herringbone model. The two matching keepers further retain the uniformity of the strap, one is stitched in, with the other floating. Each band section has a subtle padding that tapers off.

Available in 18mm, 20mm, and 22mm widths.

Winsor Wool - Herringbrown

Purchased the Windsor Wool Herringbrown to complement my Seiko SRPE51 with the sunburst grey dial and I have to say, it's a perfect match! The quality of this strap amazed me. Having never had a wool strap before, I was worried that it may be a bit itchy or have some straggly ends. The super soft leather under layer makes it a dream to wear. Conforms nicely to the wrist and is amazingly comfortable. I bought an 18mm for a friend and his Speedy Reduced and a 20mm for me. Think I am going to have to get another for my 18mm watches. This is going to be hard to get off my wrist for the upcoming cooler autumn and winter months ahead here in New Zealand!
