The strap width in respect to it's use on our website, always refers to the width of the strap at the end that connects to the watch, the spring bar or LUG end of a watch. We reference this end, as this is critical in selecting the correct width strap for your watch.

The width of the strap you select, should always match up with the distance between the LUG's on your watch case (refer image below). You can usually locate the width of your watch LUG's on the manufacturer's or retailer's website from where you purchased your watch. Alternatively, (and probably quicker) simply measure the distance with a ruler (again refer image below).

Canvas and calf Khaki

Didn't like this one. Felt stiff and cheap. I've never fitted it. But I have bought many straps from Sydney Strap Co I've liked, particularly a 22mm Italian vintage brown leather one, which is great.

Made of Nylon.

I’m downgrading my 2 stars to one. As stated, it’s not made of canvas, it’s made of Nylon. I previously misjudged my wrist size (it’s actually 7 and 3/4 inches). I’m on the second last hole, so if you have a big wrist, the band simply won’t fit. Wore for one morning then took it off. Avoid this one.

Not made of canvas. Nylon.

This band is not made of canvas, it’s nylon. The band itself is pretty decent but it’s definitely designed for smaller wrists (my wrists aren’t that big, perhaps 6.5 to 7 inches on a guess?), I’m on the second last hole. If it were cheaper and correctly stated as nylon, it wouldn’t be as big of a disappointment. Labelled as nylon and ten bucks cheaper it might be worth double the score (unless you have a big wrist because it simply wouldn’t fit).
